Milo Miller has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 20 years representing homeowners, homeowner associations, developers, builders, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals.
Milo has obtained over $50 million dollars in recoveries for his clients through trials, arbitration, mediation and collections.
During the last 14 years Milo has been responsible for overseeing contract management/negotiation for numerous private, state and federal construction projects with aggregate contract values exceeding $1 billion dollars. Through his transactional practice, Milo has developed invaluable relationships with legal firms, contractors and expert witnesses on projects throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.
Milo’s practice also involves commercial construction disputes including scheduling and delay claims. Milo continues to represent owners and contractors against some of the largest insurance carriers in the world.
Milo has served as General Counsel for some of the largest privately owned contracting companies in Colorado allowing him to develop a significant transactional practice.
In addition to his significant experience as a construction attorney, Milo also applies his 30 plus years of experience in the construction industry as an expert consultant to law firms on construction matters.
Milo was a Dean’s List Student and graduated from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad School of Law in 1997. After graduating from law school, he interned with the Honorable Sandra I. Rothenberg with the Colorado Court of Appeals.
